WP Supporty terms of service

These terms apply to WordPress support, care plans, maintenance, emergency fixes and AI website to WordPress Elementor conversion services delivered by WP Supporty.

Scope of services

WP Supporty provides WordPress support, WordPress care plans, WordPress maintenance, emergency WordPress support, WordPress speed optimization, WordPress malware removal, WordPress migration, WooCommerce support, AI website to WordPress Elementor conversion and white label WordPress support. The scope of each engagement is confirmed in writing before work begins.

Care plan billing

WordPress care plans are billed monthly. Plans can be paused or cancelled by giving notice through the contact page. Unused care plan support hours do not roll over by default unless agreed in writing.

One-time WordPress support

One-time WordPress support and emergency WordPress fixes are quoted before work starts. Hourly WordPress support starts from $20 / hour and is invoiced after the work is delivered.

AI website conversion projects

AI website to WordPress Elementor conversion projects are scoped per project based on the number of pages, custom blocks, animations and integrations needed. Projects are quoted in writing before work begins.

Backups and access

Care plan customers receive regular WordPress backups. Customers must provide safe access to their WordPress website. Do not send passwords through the public contact form.

Third-party services

Hosting, plugins, themes, page builders, payment processors and AI design tools are provided by third parties and may have their own terms. WP Supporty is not responsible for outages or changes by those third parties.

Liability

WP Supporty does its best to keep WordPress websites fast, safe and stable, but does not guarantee that a WordPress website will never go down or never be targeted. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant care plan or project.

Trademarks

WordPress is a trademark of the WordPress Foundation. WooCommerce, Elementor and other product names are trademarks of their respective owners. WP Supporty is an independent WordPress support service and is not affiliated with these trademark holders.

Updates to these terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. The current version is always available at this URL on the WP Supporty website.
